Thomas Starbuck, AIA, NCARB has joined the staff of the South Hill, Virginia office of B & B Consultants, Inc. A Virginia Tech graduate, he has over 35 years of experience and has worked in many locations around the world designing facilities in 27 countries for the Army Corps of Engineers. His broad experience includes architectural designs of schools, churches, housing, military command centers, U. S. Embassies, hotels, hospitals, clinics, dining halls, shopping centers, snow making facilities and airplane hangars. In 2004, the Army Corps of Engineers named Tom “Architect of the Year”.
