Jeffrey Shaw Winter of Arlington, VA 12/14/42-2/27/96 passed away from a brain hemorrhage in his sleep after a fall on a snowy, slippery sidewalk in Buffalo, NY according to a close friend and high school classmate. Jeff graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute in the class of 1964 where he was a member of the Pi Kappa Fraternity. Jeff is survived by his daughter Amanda and son Jeff, Jr who both reside in the D.C. area and many other loved ones.
