Obituary from legacy.com

“I met Foy after he had joined Pi Kappa and then entered the Navy during the Vietnam War. He came back to Tech to finish school and subsequently marry Sheila MacDonald our ninth Pi Kappa Sweetheart, ('1969 - 1970). Foy and I became good friends and after leaving school we were partners in a commercial construction company located in Northern Virginia. Foy was a fun loving boat worshiping brother that had few boundaries and loved the brotherhood of Pi Kappa like few before him or after. His humor and wit are sorely missed along with his compassion for the sea.” - Steve Brisbane, Winter '68
