Soliciting Donations to Renovate The Pi Kappa House
Thanks to the generosity of Pi Kappa alumni, the physical work of preserving 401 Progress Street is getting underway by May 15, 2024, with the target of being significantly completed by August 15, when students return. We have exceeded our $118,000 goal but have identified additional necessary work uncovered during our consultations with professional contractors.
We are going with David Goldsmith www.goldsmithroberts.com a Blacksburg contractor and past Tech instructor with a PhD in Design, Construction and& Planning and a Masters in Building Construction. We are collaborating with him to trim costs, but still find that $30,000 more is likely needed by June.
